Water and Sewer Department
The Town of Carlisle provides Water and Sewer for the Town.
How do I get my water turned on?
Please come to Town Hall, 201 West Harrison, Office is open 9am to 4pm Monday Thru Friday and we will only turn the water on during the weekday and only after:
1. $150 Deposit is paid by Cash, Check or Money Order, Sorry we can not take credit/debit cards at this time.
2. Service Agreement is Signed
3. Mailing Address for Bills must be provided, note that Carlisle has no postal delivery other than motor routes and requires Post Office boxes, you must go to the post office to obtain a box.
4. If you are renting the Property, the landlord is responsible for making sure all past due water, sewer and storm water fee's are paid before we turn the water on.
5. If you have a previous bill for water it must be paid.
6. Do Not turn the water on yourself, you will be charged a $250 Tampering Fee if you access the water meter pit.

Duke Energy is the electric provider for the Carlisle Area
Trash Service
Carlisle does not provide trash service at this time but there are several local companies that will assist you with trash service

Having Trouble Paying Your Bill
Everybody has trouble from time to time, the main point is to contact us as soon as possible to try and avoid disconnection, you will have to pay additional fee's if disconnection occurs, once disconnection occurs service will not be restored till fee's are paid in cash and service will only be restored during business hours. Disconnections occur on Fridays and you will be without service all weekend if fee's are not paid by 4pm on Friday.

How do I pay my Water Bill
For your convenience we accept Cash, Check or Money Order (No debit/credit cards at this Time) at Town Hall, 201 West Harrison St Carlisle. We have a secure night deposit in the rear of the building for after hours deposit. We also accept checks from your online bill pay service from your financial institution.
