The Town of Carlisle holds regular business meetings on the 1st Tuesday of each month in the Town Hall located at 201 West Harrison Street in Carlisle, Indiana at 7 pm EST.  Robert's Rules of Order has been adopted as the format. Public members who wish to speak must sign in and they will be allotted a three minute time frame in which to express their thoughts.
